k Im with this company for nearly a year - but in the last week Ive started to not get on with my employer!! At my interview I was told Id be taken on as office manager and that they wanted me to come in and rejig the office and bring it up to modern standards (couple aged about 65 own it, new to computer systems etc) and that Id be given free run to organise the office. Which I did - but now shes saying she cant find anything and wants to go back to really old filing ways etc - which I find hard to work with. Every few minutes shes passing comments like - oh I cant find this/this is in the wrong place etc etc etc - Im not making excuses for myself but I know half the mistakes she discovers arent down to me but her. My question is - how do I tell her that Im not happy with the way she percieves my work, and I dont like feeling that Im doing a crap job? Im very much qualified for my position, but feel like a new starter overher! Id really appreciate feedback you guys. Thanks!

I've found myself hating my job lately even though it isn't that bad at all. I figure if I hear some horror stories it will snap me back into reality.
My worst job ever? Sorting and folding the clothes in the childrens department of K-mart. I know that doesn't sound so bad at all, but have you ever worked at K-mart? It's retail hell.

I have been applying non stop since 2003 and I have never been called for an interview. I have a diploma in HR and a driver's licence, I am in my late twenties. Please assist. I have been to most of these sites where one place his/her cv but no luck. I am working but want a more challenging and better job.

For instance: there is a job to test the youghourt - the smell, taste, consistence and what it taste like in food combinations or after a cigarette.

There is a professional flirt you can hire to check how prone to cheating is your other half.

In Jewish community apparently there is a person who decide whether the person who cliams that he (or she) has been spoken to by God is telling the truth or just insane.

Do you know any of such kind?

I was fired from my job today. I'm disappointed but not entirely upset. The female training me worked there for over a year, and she was efficient in her job. When our supervisor told her what I did previously, she just didn't want to spend time training me. Actually, I spent three days at my desk with NOTHING to do. It was odd.
So anyway, I live about 40 minutes from work, but with traffic and accidents on a daily basis, no matter how early I leave, I come in a minute or so late. It's inevitable that I would be let go for this reason. So I realized the job was too far away. However, the woman that trained me pressured the supervisor to let me go. When I did come in early, the next day she'd do the same as well to beat me in. She didn't want to train me anymore on the job, nor would she speak to me. When I took a step up to help her with her work, she snottily implied she wasn't happy I was helping her. I was overqualified for this job, but I was doing my best.

In life I believe in being natural, being yourself. I don't fake emotions or kindness. If I feel the moment come over me, I act on it. I just can't be unreal, and I don't ever have the desire to try to be. However, this leads to setbacks. Though I try to make friends and become more social, I have issues. People simply don't like me. I try in my terms, which would be to get to know the person better and I'm a good listener. I refrain from bad-mouthing and I'm laid back and down to earth.
I can't seem to get along with the female gender period. I try, but it never works out. I do have about three friends that are women, but when it comes to jobs these days, I can't communicate with them. Unfortunately-that's all I work with. It isn't that I'm flirty, I just get along with men better. I am not competitive nor do I brag about anything, I'm just myself. I find it necessary to network with women via my workplace (when I have a job) but the past 2 jobs-the women don't like me.

I'm freaking sick of hearing wally World employees betch and moan about poor salaries and poor benefits provided by the company. Wal-Mart pays what it does because that is what they want to pay. If you don't like it, then go to work someplace else. Wal-Mart owes you nothing but the amount you agreed to when you signed your contract. If you don't like that, then why did you apply for the job in the first place? They are the number one retailer in the world for a reason, and it's not because they pay outlandishly high salaries or hourly wages. Get a clue.
