They drive nice car and live in a beautiful house don't necessarily mean they're filthy right. Now aday, you can finance anything. You can lease a brand new car for a very budgetted price. As for houses go, they can pay off the monthly payment today but don't have any saving left tomorrow. I guess what I'm trying to say is that don't judge people's wealth by their material things. I know someone who is rich by he's very cheap and he doesn't show it out by buying expensive and brand name things. Just never judge a book by it's cover ^.^
A personal example, I'm a college kid. I buy myself pretty things, brand name things, and you might think I'm "rich". But I'm really not. Mainly I found all those "good things" at a very bargain price and much less expensive then the real price. So yea, never judge a person by what material things they possess.

Many of these owners of HUGE Homes are business owners. They have started the right small business in the right place at the right time. When the business grows larger, they may be paying themselves 10 times what you earn. Do you have what it takes to run your own business? You can buy one of these big houses five years from now. I love helping people start small businesses, but you have to finish yourself.

Marlene: You don't need to do a survey. The information is all available on line in the census studies.

If you go on over to http://www.nnjbubble.blogspot.com , the good (but sometimes sarcastic) folks on there will give you some links. New Jersey housing is what they are all about!
