Few are successful in auto sales. They make it appear that way.
It takes a little larceny in ones heart.

I began in ladies shoes. Had a good mgr who took me under his wing. It's been said that if one can sell shoes, one can sell anything.

Self service rack shoes is not selling. If you can get into Sears, or J.C. Penny's, one of those, they may train you. Even in other depts.

Believe in the product you sell. It comes easy then.

I'm currently building my business as an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay and am looking for sharp, positive women to join my team. There are four reasons women become MK consultants: 1. Money, 2. Flexibility, 3. Fun, 4. Hope. The starter kit is $100 and comes with over $300 worth of product, so worst case scenario - it's the biggest compact you ever bought. Best case scenario - it could change your life. There's no pressure, no quotas, no boss. You will meet tons of great, positive girlfriends. I'm having so much fun and earning great money!

Take the Life Can Be Good quiz on my website to see if the MK opportunity is right for you:

Sale jobs are normally in hourly pay system. Depending on the area you work in, in WA, the base pay for sales job is about 8 dollars/hr. If you work full time, you can make about $1280 before tax and about 960 after tax/month. However, most sale jobs are part time position to start with and they are normally work from 10-25 hours a week, which means that you will end up making a lot less to begin with.

I work in sales for a carpet cleaning company,(answering phones and putting in orders on commission) I didn't have much experience and it makes good $. Working in a call center that you make commission would be a good stat. Its a little less intimidating since your not face to face, and really builds your communication skills. Also consider a more upscale retail store, a high end clothes boutique maybe. Don't do cols calling or tellemarketing, it just annoys people.

As a sales manager for the past 10 years - I would always look for someone who had really grasped cold calling as then you know they are hard working and committed. Put 12 months cold calling in and you can really start to impress people as it really is the hardest job in the world - totally thankless!

There is a possible sales job that you can take and they pay very well.

The products are local phone services, VOIP, satilite, cellphone with calling plan, travel, and more.

There is no cost to register with the company and they will give you a company shared website with a online office to track your customer order.

try a payroll company, like adp. you have to know absolutely nothing about payroll to sell someone the service. i know, coz the sales team where i work knows absolutely nothing about the process, and continue to make promises to the potential clients that are not even possible to fulfill. good luck
