I have been applying non stop since 2003 and I have never been called for an interview. I have a diploma in HR and a driver's licence, I am in my late twenties. Please assist. I have been to most of these sites where one place his/her cv but no luck. I am working but want a more challenging and better job.

Sell your skills. Be confidant and prove them in your interview by citing few examples that you have the skills required for the job. Hone your soft skills. Let your resume be very presentable

If you haven't been called back for an interview in over 3 years, you either need to improve drastically on your resume/cv, or you are applying for the wrong types of jobs. I only have a high school diploma currently, and anytime I have put out my resume, I have gotten multiple interview requests within 3 weeks.
