Well I would say that good service is when I can't think of anything bad to say about them. Superior service would give me a reason to recommend them to a friend. Good service will be offered for a lower salary offered by the airline compared to others. Superior service will be offered for a better compensation than other airlines.

A: yes i can
In short superior service is saying yes to nearly everything and agreeing customers are right 999% of the time.
good customer service is saying yes on the clock only and agreeing customers are right 50% of the time

My district Manager says superior service
is the service recieved beyond what the cusomer expected.
So to me this means good service is what the customer expected.
