Hi everyone,

What do you think about my life? How can I improve it? (Sorry for the poor grammar--English is my second language.)

I am 22 years old. I am a lower middle class. I am a virgin. I am a good person. I am studying full-time (last year in a Master's program) I am working two part-time jobs. I want to save my money ;therefore, I have no cars, no phones, and living in a little room. I hardly have a social life because I am spending my time working and studying.

Sometimes, I am proud of myself because I will have my master's without debts or student loans. Sometimes, I feel so discourage and down to see other people my age have fun and enjoy life while I have to work so hard.

What do you think? Please advice. Thank you so much for your kindness.

I just started working for a great company two weeks ago. And I'm really excited about my new job -- However my boss who btw is really handsome, Is a little hard to read. I suspect that he’s attracted to me by the way he looks at me. If I don't react to his subtle suggestive behavior - will he fire me?
Help: What do you suppose I do...I really like my new job, and don’t want to jeopardize it?
Should I tell him I am attracted to him too, but would never pursue this type of relationship at work. Or flirt or come on time on the job. I am really not that type of person. Besides he's married with children. I am not married and do not have children, but would never even consider having an affair with my boss.
Every time I walk into his office I notice the beautiful pictures of his wife; but I can’t look at them…it just makes me feel really bad. One night working late in the office my boss -- while no other employees were around - My boss walks slowly pass my desk and groans sexually like he's was getting off!

Is this just all in my head, or is this some type of weird office attraction?
Should I give it a few more weeks to decide if it's really an attraction, because maybe he was just tired because it was late???

Or maybe he just looks at everyone the way he looks at me like he’s having some type of deep thought? Is it I who is crazy or what’s really going on here?

Ok, so I'm 16 and I live in NY. I want to make a debit card, and I've heard that I need to take a parent along. My mom doesn't have a bank account, so can I just take her along and open an account? How much would I need to deposit to get started? The closest bank near me is Astoria and Chase. And what special papers or cards would I need to bring (school ID, passport, etc)? Thanks for any responses.

My friend is a minor like me, we're only 15, but he has a credit card that he uses to buy stuff online, so he doesn't have to use his mom's credit card. I was wondering where to get something like that, like a credit card that you fill up with money and you can use it anytime.

My mother owns a house (in Queens,NYC) and she rents out the second floor apartment to people. She's owned this house for 12 years now. The people that live there now how lived there for about a year or 2.
She told me that on the 5th of this month, she saw one of them in the hallway and asked when she should expect the rent (they have to pay on the 1rst). He tells her rudely "Oh, yea, I forgot to tell you. We're moving out. We're living out the deposit."
My mother was angry at first and then realized they NEVER gave her a deposit. When confronting them again, they said "too bad."
She lives alone with my little brother and the tenants are five 20-something year old guys. I try to help her out when I go visit her but they dont listen to me either.
I helped her find new tenants that are due to move in the 1rst of october. But these guys still haven't paid september rent and said they don't know when they'll be out.
But there's a catch. My mother is also at fault so doing...

I'm confused. It says my lease will automatically become month-to-month, but then the latter part says the owner will not allow month-to-month.

We were told today 15/09/2007 that the stove we ordered, (and paid for in andvance), is not currently available, but the shop believes that the manufacturer will be making such a model within the next few weeks. They have offered us a credit note, but we just want our money back. Where do we stand?

If I send a letter to my creditor telling them that I'm willing to pay back my debt if they'll send back a written confirmation that they'll take it off my credit record, would that work?

Also, would that mean that I have to pay back the entire amount? Is that the only way to deal with judgments on a credit report?

I'm thinking of purchasing my first home in Westerly, RI. It is a new construction duplex that will be heated by gas. So, no previous owners to ask about their gas bills! Does anyone have an idea how much it will cost?

If a wife worked and saved all her money in her bank account while the husband worked and paid all expenses, such as mortgage, taxes, insurance, food, utilities etc. The wife refuses to pay any family expenses. This has been for about 10 years.

My husband was the only child of 8 who didn't have a place of his own to live, so before his mother passed away she asked him to move into her house and take care of things. We have asked his siblings to buy the house and they say no. We have fixed the house up somewhat but it needs a lot more work but we have been hesitant since it doesn't have insurance because it is in heirship still. We do not pay rent, we pay taxes and keep everything up. My husband is constantly helping his siblings out with money. Now, one of his sisters is having financial trouble and we are just "thinking" that she is going to try to get us to all of a sudden pay her rent or ask us to move out so she can move in. If anyone knows anything about the law, please answer this question with advice. We do plan on moving out but we wanted to wait a couple of years to get a nice down payment. But that is going to keep up from fixing this house up even more, we can't afford both. Serious answers only please.

If a family member of the deceased inherits a property with a business on it, and the lease agreement with the deceased family member is not up yet (actually was renewed with the power of attorney, under original terms, AFTER the original owner died) is the the new owner obligated to follow it? (For example, rent staying the same for 30 years) The lease agreement mentions only the original owner, not the new owner.
