My fiance' and I decided to sell my house "By owner", is this a very difficult thing to do? What are my obligations legally when doing it this way?

i came across an advertisement about 'work at home data entry clerk' i inquired, was interested and they asked me to pay a fee of $20 and it turned out that i was paying a manual for scaming people their $20(how to post a similar advt and get people to pay you $20). i was furious and i feel cheated.is this even LEGAL?????

If new houses are built existing postmen/postwomen will have to work longer hours or more posties will have to be employed in the area. Does the Royal Mail suffer every time a new house is built, or do they just put the price of stamps up? Do the government help out? What happens?!
