We learn as we live through everyday. School education produces certificates to say you passed certain subjects. But it does not count much when you are in the society.
Education and ethics are not mutually exclusive. Ethics are learned in schools too.
They should not be compared or be made to choose from one another

I think I would say, education.
Think twice, who would you feel? after been study for 4-5 years, and finally finished your education. And now having a chance to work with exaclly what you feel to work with. Or maybe something else?..

I think they share equal importancec. One must work hard, but one must also know what one is going on about in such hard work. They're very much related.
