TCS definitely
none of the MNC co's (they pay well, but ruin your social life)
Infy is a wannabe MNC, and pays below par

Congratulations! I have no personal experience with these companies, but ask a few of the people who leave at the end of the day about how they like their jobs!
After they figure out you are not a spy, they will be supious if you are after their job and all of the answers you get, you will have to read between the lines, but it will give you an idea of the respect they have for their employees!

get to know the reputation of the company which u wanns join.also get to know some thing about the company where u will like it. pay alone should not be given inportence. ur personal growth in the company , the company growth down the 4-5 yrs lane should all be considered..

to start with donot except for a big bug, join any of the company and get experienced, then you can select the company of your choice.
