Hello everybody, Can somebody help? I have a friend who is physically challenged.He has done his MCA (Masters in Computer Applications) in India.And he has always been a topper in academics. But despite of all that he is having a real real hard time in finding an employment. He has even cleared all the interview rounds in various big companies but despite that he is being rejected for no reason.As a result he is very depressed these days.There was a time when he was used to be always happy & cheerful but now he hardly smiles. I hope you all will understand. So I just want to request you all that if anybody can help him in finding a job? I will be really thankful to him/her.Its because I cant see him always depressed. 1-Clear and Understand price schedule.

2-Air conditioning

3-Clean smelling cabby will be great

4-Would like to have an option of payment by Credit card billing

5-Would like to see flat rate like a bus pass. Buy it once per month and ride anywhere within the city limits.

6-I prefer comfortable leather seats with soothing music

7-Separate air-conditioning vents for the rear seats


8-Drivers who take the shortest and fastest route, rather than trying to run up the meter.

9-Clean vehicles

10-Drivers that know the area and speak English fluently.

11-I would like a driver that understood how to operate the vehicle in accordance with traffic and safety laws.

I am working for my employer full-time at the moment on a wage but in September i am due to change my position and will have a salary. I will only be working 4 days a week instead of my usual five at the moment. My employers are saying they will not give me this full salary as i will not be working 'full-time' - can they do this?

i have a friend who's father owned a business. a bar. then it was sold to another owner. the father is now deceased as of a month and a half ago. the new owner kept the title name of the bar. is there any way legally to force the new owner to change the name? i mean even though there are several bars across the us with the same name? how do you go about it legally?

Over the past several years I have moved from one major oil company to another working as a dispatcher or scheduler during my short career. During my journey I have worked for some good companies especially the one I'm employed with now. But because of the dynamics of things I'm stuck in my position and department indefinitely. Needless to say I'm anxious to get into something as long as its not another dispatch job. How do I do that without much prior experience in any thing else or taking a pay cut? Have do have a limit amount of education but haven’t yet completed my degree in business. Thanks for your thoughts and suggestions.

I have a great product idea, It's original and a potential money maker. How do I manufacture, protect, sell?

Without giving it away here is what I'm looking at based on guestimation.

It would sell in hardware stores or possibly even major department stores. It would probably cost about $10 to manufacture per unit (not sure of this amt). It would be an add on to an existing product.

I know I could pitch it to a major corporation locally (ex: Talk to a rep at Lowe's, Home Depot, and/or Walmart) but I need to know how to properly protect myself and get a manufacturer to create my idea.
