Business & Finance - 13 June 2006

I applied at a great position I would SOOO love to have. It's AWESOME. They agreed to give me an interview. I'm so excited!

HOWEVER.

In my resume, I listed only two of the jobs that actually had importance and relevance to the position. I've had a combined total of five different jobs.

Now listen carefully.

The two jobs I put in my resume were under the table and I lost complete contact with everybody from one of them as they closed down after I left. The other job I can still get a referral from a previous coworker and my old boss.

When they do a background check, I'm afraid that they'll see several other jobs that WERE NOT under the table(taxed in California by the way). Ironically, all those jobs lasted under a week because I found something better.

Is this going to be a problem with my new job? Should I worry? What should I do in this situation and is there any way to clear these jobs? Help me out guys, thanks a lot!

He has a large amount of debt accrued credit card charge off's from 5 yrs ago and we are wondering if we were to get married would they have the ability to come after me... and I recently filed chapter 7 about 2 yrs ago... he hasn't yet... he we got married and he ended up having to file could they turn around and come after me for those amounts and there would be nothing I could do about it?

My client is past due almost $2000. He has owed this for over three months. At this point, I want to politely ask him to pay within the next week. If he doesn't pay, I think I'm justified in asking for a past-due fee. I do like this client very much, and he has paid promptly in the past. I'm not sure what to do. Thank you!
