not sure what you mean by hr...

but job interviews go like this..

Why do you think you're the best person for the job.

Do you have any expereince in this psosition

What is you worst habit

Do you own a car

What are your availabilities

How do you cope with pressure - things can get pretty outta control here - how would you be..

and so on and so on....

2- why do you try to join that job?
3- do you think you can improve this job?
4- Your future aims and views
5- general knowledge's
