People say, turn your strong points around, and say "I work too hard at certain things, I keep at my task until I have to be told that I'm finished, some of my former co-workers have criticised me for demanding excellence from then when we are teamed together."
(But don't say these things if they aren't true.)

when talking about yourself in an interview- don't mention your home life, mention things you've done in past jobs- keep it all work related. when i'm asked about my weak points- i bring up the fact that i don't like messes- and under a strong point i would point out that i like to clean and be clean.

I can't tell you what 'your' weak points are, but make sure you list more or stronger good points, or press that you can work on any weaknesses, etc.

When you talk about your weak points you are supposed to say how you can improve them or what you have done to improve them. For example, one of my weaknesses is I lack experience in this job BUT I am willing to learn from others..........etc.........
