Physically challenged or not, finding a job takes time. Tell your friend to try something other than the "big companies".. Any job in his field will lead to something better. No one starts at the top..

Alot of college graduates do not immediatly find work in thier field and end-up taking a regular job while they try and find the job that they want. This can be dissappointing after many years at school.
Of course it would be wonderful for him to immediatly find the job that he wants, but it may be a little more practical to try and help find him a regular job that is 'handicapped accessable' for now and continue to look for a job in his chosen field.

It is very sad that even with qualifications he can not find work, I would suggest he get some work to do from home, build up a clientele of happy customers and use that as a step into the types of businesses he wants to work in, experience counts a lot.

That is so nice of you to be concerned about your friend; he is indeed lucky to have you for a friend. Has your friend thought of starting his own small business??? Perhaps that should be the route for him.
