Does anyone know what the going rate is? I have an MBA from Stanford although it isn't relevant to the work and I am just doing it on the side. Some people told me this work is charged per page and some have said per word. HELP!!!!

I don't know where to hand out my flyers. I don't want people to get angry at me if I put flyers in places that would offend them. Example: I heard comments that you should put flyers in people's mailboxes so they will notice them better, but I also heard that you shouldn't because mailboxes are people's personal property? What now?

Seaside Oregon was on a list that was featured on AOL of good affordable places to buy a vacation home. However, seeing beachfront real estate this cheap makes me wonder if there's something wrong with it? Do any of you know anything about Seaside Oregon?
