Not if the volunteer work is all you did. If you put on your resume that you attended a university, the implication is that you attended for credit class at a university. Many employers verify resume claims. It would be bad to get fired for lying to your employer.

You can and should put your volunteer work on your resume as part of your work history, but not as your education. Employers can (and usually do) either ask for a transcript or check with the University registrar directly, and then you will be hard pressed to explain the discrepancy.

You can if you want to.
However a simple phone call to the University would eliminate you from jobs.
If you do find a job and you lied on your resume, that is often cause for termination, so you would continue to be at-risk.
Not recommended.
