219 TenantAlert Predictor Score (TAPS) is that good?

Question

I applied to an apt. complex (the I ending up hearding bad stuff about) and I didn't move it. I happen to see my rental score of 219. Is that good or average?
I really want to get into this othe place, but they are very strict.

I have no idea if that's a good score or not. But if you have always paid you rent on time, lived up to the terms of your lease, and left the place in good repair, you shouldn't have any problems.
