I work hard and I won't leave my kids alone when I go on holiday, I will use the money or help to make my life and others lives much happier! ! SERIOUSLY .....
I will give the poor a chance to succeed even though others may ignore them because of their cheap clothes or because they live in awful homes, I would teach others how to be loving and compassionate when they have hard hearts and only care about themselves! I am worth it!!!
Millions ££'s would create better chances for people I know that REALLY need help, who work hard but don't get anywhere because nobody donates millions to them, instead they give it to those that already have it. I am a great cause and your help will snowball into success which you will be able to have details if you can be there for me ? xxxx

I went for a 5 hour job interview today and I have NO idea if I got the job or not! There was a lot involved (role play, typing test, one on one interview etc). I didn't realise the interview would go so long so I didn't have any lunch beforehand. By the end I was barely functioning (massive sugar low)!

Do you find that you pretty much know whether or not you've got the job, or is it a mystery for everyone?

my husband/his dad was his boss. My husband fired him because he showed up only when he wanted and always 15 minutes to 2 hours late, with no excuses except "well you know how I am" anyhow my husband finally fired him after 3 years. Now my son is suing the company for "wrongful discharge" because he wasn't warned in writing. We live in Michigan, which I know is a "right to work" state. So how come a lawyer actually took his case?

Ok so my mother in law was living with Alzheimers on her own for a while. She lives, well (lived) in the now infamous Maple Heights Ohio. I wouldn't be surprised is she was refinancing every time someone called or knocked on her door.

Her home is now in foreclosure. She is living with her sister who is taking care of her.

Is there any loophole in the law that will help her as she was not mentally competent enough to understand what she was signing? We don't really care about the house, they can have it as even if it were in good condition it would be worth nothing anyways, we just don't want people coming after her and garnishing her already next-to-nothing income. The house was completely paid off a couple of years ago now she owes 66,000.

I know nothing, anything you can tell me would help. Appreciate it.

Due to market conditions our home is undervalued. It's not a huge concern right now b/c I won't need to refinance for another 3 years. But if this were 3 years from now I think I'd be screwed. Hypothetically, If I have a mortgage of 300k and the house is only valued at 250k (based on comps, recent sales, etc.) , what happens when it is time to refinance? Even if the bank will fund 100% of the value (250k) what options will I have on the other 50k? This is keeping me up at night.

I was watching GMTV this morning and there was an article about mis-sold loan payment protection insurance and how to claim. The problem is I had a loan from the Woolwich in 2000 which finished in 2005 and I have no paperwork.

Long story short; a fence behind my apartments was damaged and my landlord sent me a bill for $270. I am not responsible for the repairs because neither I, nor my children did the damage. On more than one occasion, I saw a kid from the neighborhood kick the fence boards down to "cut through the neighborhood", and I told my landlord that I would give the name and phone number of the kid who did it, but that I will not pay for it. So, yesterday in the mail I got a 3 day notice to pay my rent or move out. I did pay my rent, as always, but it seems as though my landlord applied a portion of my rent to the fence bill. Is it legal for them to do that?

I'm new in eBay. I saw this item that caught my eye at a really low price. On the tab whereby it states the postage cost, it actually was free postage to Singapore. I find it quite hard to imagine since I live in Singapore and the location of the buyer is in United States.

I clicked on "ask the seller a question" button and asked about shipping cost. He said it is 35 dollars. Why is it stated as free? Is it a mistake or that the seller wants to cheat?

This is what is what I see.

Postage costs:
To Singapore -- FREE
USPS First Class Mail InternationalTM
Service to Singapore
(more services)

Or does it apply to "mail" only and not parcel? I'm really confused. On one hand I really want to bid on that item, while on the other, the seller doesn't seem trustworthy with conflicting information.

Hypothetically, if an employer pays an employee cash each week instead of a paycheck, and says that although they are earning 8 an hour they will only actually receive 6 because taxes are taken out, then refuses to provide W2's at the end of employment so the employee can file, who should the employee contact? This is a retail position, not contract labor. Thanks
