I was watching GMTV this morning and there was an article about mis-sold loan payment protection insurance and how to claim. The problem is I had a loan from the Woolwich in 2000 which finished in 2005 and I have no paperwork.

I expect the Woolwich has paperwork .. write to them under the Data Protection Act and ask for copies .. this trick works for those reclaiming Bank Charges so I don't see why it shouldn't work for you ..

Good luck !
