I have heard that levi strauss has a program where they will exchange old torn jeans for new is this true?

I was told that if your levi jeans were naturally worn and had holes in them that levi strauss would replace them with new jeans! is this true? if so does anyone have the address to contact the levi strauss company?

Doesn't look like it's true. It's not stated among their policies. The policy on returns is as follows:
