If you are saying they didn't give you a copy of your return, you should have gotten a copy from them at the time it was prepared. Go back and ask for one, they are required to keep copies and to give you one.

If you used their website to file rather than going to an office, then you have to print it out yourself, they don't send it to you.

You can also get a copy from the IRS, but that would cost you $39. If you just need the information from it, not an actual copy, ask the IRS for a transcript, that's free. See http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=151682,00.html

Did you go to an office and have a paid preparer do your return? If so, you must have received a copy of your return, plus the transmission documents signed by the preparer. If this didn't happen, go back and get a copy.

If you filed online with H&R Block yourself, you could print out a copy of your return yourself, but there is no requirement that you be sent a copy by H&R Block since you were only using their software and filing system.

Go back to their office and ask for a copy!
