Hello there, one of my co-worker asking me about SS credit that you earn each year. The max credit you could earn within a year is four points, and you can have max of 40 points for your entire life.

We are wondering how are the points accumlate toward each individual? Does it base on how much you make in a year or how much you pay your tax, or the age?

Thank you.

I knew that would draw in the Federal propaganda mouth pieces.

I ask you "America" this question

Every time someone posts a question like the one I posted above, there are several who come and answer in support of paying taxes with no law. They bring up the same old b.s. remarks about the 16th amendment being ratified and then go into title this and title that.

What real American has all this title information? What real American can even understand tax language or specific past court rulings?

No American - that is who!

What American have you ever spoken with who actually supported income taxation.

These people who answer these questions in support of taxation are Federal officers or the like, not Americans.

No real American is going to support giving up 1/3 of their paycheck.

These people are there to keep the lie going. Saying things like, "Go ahead and quit paying, see how fast they knock at your door". They use intimidation and threats - not law!

Wake up

So I've heard from some people that for your FIRST credit card ever, its better to leave a (small) outstanding balance on your card every month (i.e. not pay off the whole thing every month) because it will show that you can handle an outstanding balance or something and help build your credit. (I've heard to do this for about the first year, and then its better to pay it off in full every month) Is this true?

I'm refinancing my house and my new lender said we are going through their "retail arm". What does that mean? I thought arm meant adjustable rate mortgage, but we're going FHA fixed rate. I'm lost. Help please!

IF I had any spare money i'd most certainly put it into Northern Rock! The fact that they have the Bank of England looking after them and that the US interest rate has fallen by 0.5% today, this should have a knock on effect and help to stabilise our economy.

Share prices are at their lowest so why not invest and buy some now? Chances are that Northern Rock will be fine given time, it's only down to ridiculous people who don't listen that things have got so bad. Don't they know that all money under £35k is safe?

I think I'll do the lottery tonight and invest some of my winnings ;)

I've been out of work almost 4 years taking care of my kids and now I'm planning on going back to work. Is there a way to say I've been a full time mom on my resume so companies realize what I've been doing since my last job? I don't know what the acceptable standard is for this kind of lapse in work.

Exercise 2-15A Averaging Costs L.O. 6

Sparta Camps, Inc., leases the land on which it builds camp sites. Sparta is considering opening a new site on land that requires $3,000 of rental payment per month. The variable cost of providing service is expected to be $4 per camper. The following chart shows the number of campers Sparta expects for the first year of operation of the new site.

Jan. 200, Feb. 150, Mar. 300, Apr. 300, May 300, june 500, july 700, aug 750, sep 450, oct 250, nov 50, dec 250, total 4,200

Assuming that Sparta wants to earn $10 per camper, determine the price it should charge for a camp site in February and August.

Computation of Fixed Cost Per Unit:

Land Cost Per Camper = 2000$ ×12 / 4,100 = 5.85

Price = ?

I actually pay all his bills as he has Down syndrome. But I have enormous student loan debt and one bad debt I refuse to pay as it is not mine. I don't want to hurt his score, but would like to improve mine. My recent history (last 4 years is perfect) - including a mortgage, 4 credit cards, 5 revolving credit cards, a paid off car, and all utilities. Student loan history is perfect for past 7 years.
