That's a web site, not a company....

I did go have a look, but it's so appallingly SLOW and so riddled with SCRIPTS (which, of course, a Firefox 'plug-in' automatically disables from an unknown site)

They seem to be based in China (the phone number prefix +86 is indeed PRC) but the 'contact' email address is a free public 'hot-mail' account :-)
