aww I knew the answer to the ss ss you can't get both but had to confirm that one!! someone else was saying you could and I said you can't! thankx!

second question!

that I don't have answer to for sure!

57 year lady becomes disabled! she applies and she is receiving ssdisability benefits and when she turns 62 years old!(or age she wants to claim retirement), should she apply for ss retirement or does social security do it for her? do her benefits change? or they stay the same? (of course meaning it would be one benefit but now a ss and not a disability benefit)
I think they stay the same but im not sure!

I signed a 9 month contract with my agent that allows him to sell my home. I have regretted signing with him from day one. I dont feel he is performing and marketing my home based on what we agreed on. Is there a way to back out of the contract without legal implications if the agent agrees to it? If so, what would be needed to do this?

I've been offered a mortgage for a 30 year fixed rate of 7.625 on a conforming level2 fannie mae loan with 20% down. Fico score is at 616.Looking at 120k home.
(Midwestern homes are still affordable.)

Does this sound reasonable ?
Any input is appreciated.

I recently graduated with a Business Management Degree. I went to work for UPS as a supervisor after graduation seven months later I accepted a position with a smaller company as a management trainee for their sales department. My sales scores on their personalysis test were the highest they had ever seen. I scored a 28. While finishing their program I enrolled in a MBA program which I am now 8 months from completing. Now after completing the program they have no sales openings and want me to take a service supervisor position for 40% less than the equivalent sales position I am qualified for. I have been paying for my own MBA and have always enjoyed Marketing and economics courses the most. Needless to say as a sales guy I am not looking forward to this opportunity what would you do in this situation. PS: GPA in the MBA program is a 3.85

How much % will be taken out total (estimate) if I work as an independent contractor as a tutor? If I write off some expenses, will my check eventually amount to me working just as an employee? Also, I heard something about if I earn only $600 or less for this year, I don't have to file taxes on the 1099? What if I have other tutoring jobs with companies as an employee? Do I still have to file all my taxes then? I am planning to work at the 1099 company until I make less than $600 so I don't have to pay taxes on it. Thank you for any help. P.S. I am in the state of CA.

I am trying to better myself, I am trying to get licensed to do massage, take my ex back to court for sole custody of our daughter, I'm trying to stand on my own two feet. I am lost and need desperate help. Do you know of any agencies that loan out money for people like me? I have every intention of paying it back.

Background, wife and I signed our agreement of sale back in May, commitment was done in July, closing is scheduled for November 15. I work in the commercial real estate business, I have been with my current employer for a tick under 2 years. Colleagues of mine from prior jobs are having me come back in tomorrow to their real estate company after meeting and discussing comp requirements last week if I was to come over. Same industry, similar job title, more pay, would changing to the new job before closing be an issue? Havent discussed yet with my mortgage guy, want it to be more concrete first.

Are they real? Does anyone really get "financial freedom" through them? Why do they all say someone who has no interest or experience in selling can still do it? If the person has no interest in selling, why do they still push it? is anyone else irritated with these types of "businesses"?
