whats should i ask for from a company witch i have no longer debt with to prove i have no debt?

i need a letter from a company saying ai have no debt with them but cant remember how to call this letter?

Ask for a letter of discharge or a statement of full redemption of loan.

just ask a manger to right you a letter that states your no longer have debt with this company!

or ask for a credit refrence and see if he could write a letter of recondation
