Go to www.google.com and type in 'free website' in the search box. There are plenty of places that are basically point and click, but you have to read their FAQ section to see if they allow people to sell off the free websites. If you're looking to use it for business, some of them will be ruled out.
Don't do Xoom, those take forever to load and are a pain in the butt.

There are many places to go. Which to choose depends on your reasons for wanting to make a free website. Personal, share photos, blog, start a business?
Here's a rundown of the top three
1. Freewebs.com is fast and easy with lots of templates and you don't have to know HTML to add a blog, profile, forum, chat room and more. Great for family, for work or just for fun.
They offer a tour and let you see sites others have built. Your address is www.freewebs.yournameorbusinessname.com
2. Weebly.com is another good one, maybe even easier to use because you drag and drop to create your page or blog.
They offer a live demo and let you see sites others have made. Click a button to connect your site to facebook. Your name is www.yournameorbusinessname.weebly.com
3. Zoomshare.com lets you post and share unlimited digital photos on your free website with a photo album, blog, email, chat, and forum.
Lots of designs available and help to promote your site. Your name is www.yournameorbusinessname.zoomshare.com
Hope this helps.
