Because you spend it ?
Best way to slow down the spending of money is to leave your Credit / Debit cards at home and walk around with cash only ..
... not only do you see how much you are wasting on over-priced coffee etc, but with the cards at home you can't just go to the 'hole in the wall' and get out another few hundred every time you see a nice dress/handbag/plasma screen TV ..
.. also pay your bills in cash at the Bank .. handing over a few hundred quid to pay your monthly mobile bill really helps you focus on where the money is going

Because time is money, and time flies?
Probably because most of us like to live beyond our means with loans and credit cards, so each month we get paid, a significant portion is going on paying back debts that we run back up again and get charged interest on. It is a viscious cycle so nasty that it should be jailed for GBH.

You know what sucks is when someone is trying to spend it for you. Telemarketers, biller's, late fees, mail, Internet, television, people who beg for money, family, it's endless.... It's sick. Sometimes i feel like never going out because i always come home with something.
