I'd take the job I liked. Doing something you hate is just a miserable existence. That extra pay would never make up for it.

It all depends on your fiscal situation. If you have a large family to and your fiscal needs are more than 65K would cover, the hated 100k would make you stay to support your family. If you have the means to live on 65K you would think seriously about taking that one. There are no shortage of people that hate jobs but need to stay in them. Many a family man or woman are in this situation of stuck in a job they would dearly love to leave but can't. Welcome to the real world. It may be as simple as this. Me, I could hate 100K just because I could build up a nest egg then could take the 65K
