I have one tattoo that's pretty small, but now i'm thinking about getting a small (like the size of a quarter) bird on my back. Like the ones that marine's used to get back in the day, you know? Anywho, I'm wondering if it's even possible to get something that tiny with that much detail. And if so, with color, how much would that cost me????

ok so i want to do something wild and crazy so i thought i would get an internal tattoo.like maybe on my liver or my right kidney.what do you all think.maybe it could say "if you can read this sew me back up."opinions are appreciated and sarcasm is expected!!

Can one change his or her tattoo design via cover up every few years?

Yes I know its best to get a tattoo that you will love the rest of your life and not get it covered up (modified) but still, I am curious that is all.

it's a technique where the tattoo is tattooed over with something thta breaks down the ink and removes tatoos over time with out scarring....

where do i get it done and how much is it?
i'm from Derby (UK) and have a tattoo that's from my shoulder to elbos, in greyscale, like a wash...

OK, I got this Sailor Jerry pin-up done on my left upper arm about 2 months ago. I really liked it at first, but now, I want to cover it. Already!!! I watch Miami Ink all the time! I am petite,well built, and would love for Ami to tattoo me. I currently have no tattoos, always wanted one, but when I saw Ami, his good looks, his tattoos, and the exquisite talent he was blessed with, if anyone was to tattoo me, it would have to be Ami. I have relatives in Venice, and plan to come down this summer. I'm a little country girl from Ohio, and want a tattoo of Angel Wings on the back of my neck, in remembrance of my sisiter, who passed away in 1998, at the young age of only "38". The wings would represent my sister, who is now an Angel watching over me. My question is, Do I just come to Miami, and come into Miami Ink for this tattoo, and an idea of the cost. It's for someone who died that meant a lot to me...thats why i want it...im turning 18....it's not to show off...ithe back of the neck is the only place i could think to put it that wouldnt be HELLO OUT THERE...mk? it's gonna be pretty small...and the only time ud see it is...if my hair was up and u were intently staring at the back of my neck...it isnt gonna be something ******* stupid like a heart or something ill regret...and considering im 18.. so i have a long way to go til im considered old...mk so again...trashy or not considering the above

I'm getting a tattoo. I have the design and where I want it. I was just wondering if anyone can give me an estimate of how much it will cost... so I have an idea. I'm thinking of getting it on my lower back.. please dont stereotype or judge me. I know what I like and what I want so please keep any negative comments to yourself. i've got lotion on it and put lotion on it about every two hours, maybe in less time. but is there suppose to be bits of color coming off. with the dry lotion. i have no idea what i'm looking at. lol but black is coming "off". yet the tattoo is very bright and looks gorgeous, so i have no idea what this "color" is coming from. when did you stop putting lotion on it btw. the instruction sheet i got said 4-5th day...i just do NOT want to ruin this tat.

Everytime I go into the tattoo section and read the questions, I always see people commenting "Dont get any", "Tattoos are stupid", "tattoos are ugly". Basically, alot of very judgemental comments.
I have two small tattoos. They both very tasteful and in tasteful places where they are not visible by just anyone. They are also both symbols that mean alot to me and I would be proud to wear for the rest of my life.
There are many things I see in everyday life that I wouldnt do myself. I see people with green hair, I see people with facial piercings, etc. Although these are all things I wouldnt do, I dont judge the people for those things. Its a form of expression and things that like make people who they are.
My question is: what is it about tattoos that bother you SO much? Why hate them with such a passion that you judge people who have them?
Please try not to make any mean comments, I would simply like to understand why some people hate tattoos so much?

I had some cover up tattoo work done weekend before last.....and last night the itching became unbearable so I got on the internet and pulled up all the info I could find on itchy skin. (Following directions I found on the internet) I coated it with Bacon Grease, Emu Oil, Spicy Brown Mustard, Egg Whites, Mayo, Salt Cured Ham (all held together with a coating of Neosporin......then I wrapped it in a lettuce leaf poultice and let it set up overnight. This morning the tattoo felt better so I removed the lettuce poultice. The itching is gone.....but all of the color is also gone from my tattoo. My question is ......should I put the poultice on Wheat bread or Rye bread.....and will the tattoo ink stain my teeth when I eat it?

I want to go get some tattoos this weekend. How many can i do in one night though? I want 4 of them and they are all pretty small. A few months ago I purchased the Wrecking balm tattoo removal products. I have had no success!!!! AT ALL.... I do not want to cover up the tattoo i just want it GONE.( Besides going to the Dr. and having the laser removal ) is there anything that might help it fade? its about 3 yrs. old in black ink about 4 inches long 2 inches wide
