Any of you tattooed freaks out there ever been accused of having a "cutting" problem? Someone once said to me that they felt anyone with numerous tatts has a cutting problem. Just wondered if any of my fellow inked friends have experienced this same narrow mindedness?

Its on my neck. About 2" by 2" has black blue and yellow. It's two years old and I am getting laser surgery to remove it. Any idea how many sessions it will take?

I have a tattoo on my arm, it's a band, kinda tribal looking but not really, kinda hard to explain but either way it's a band, and it colored in dark pink and purple. So what I want to do is make it bigger. I want to keep the style of it but just expand it so it goes from about a inch above my elbow, up my arm and around the back of my shoulder. The thing is, I want it done in black. So if I got the existing tat done over in black and then added to it, would it look alright? Or would the blacks be way different because part of it is covering up color? Or do you have any suggestions? Thanks

i was thinking of doing a star wars (yes im a nerd) rebel logo with outer space around it...can they do stars and such on a tat? I know they can do black , what i mean is i dont remember seeing white done before so i didnt know if they could make a tat that looks like outer space...

my family is very religious. i've wanted a tattoo since i was 17 but waited to pick a design that would still mean something to me when I'm 50. I got an angel praying with the scripture Psalm 121, its a prayer that I used to have to recite as a child and still recite at age 21. I don't want to hide it from my mom...how should I tell her?

What a waste of pain! I got my hood pierced and it rejected. I couldn't catch it in time before it broke the skin. I didn't realize what was happening because it was not infected, I had no itching and it was there when I cleaned it this morning and last night. The broken skin is minimal to see (I dont look deformed), but will this skin grow back together? And should i get it repierced with a gold ring instead? How long should I wait to get it repierced? (the place that did it explained to me what happened and will repierce it with the gold ring if I want)
Do u think my body will reject the gold ring?

I have lately been considering getting a genital piercing. But I am torn. I think that it would be alsoultly adorable and that I would love having it done. But, now all my guy friends are like you don't have to get it done and the girls are so happy for me and can't wait to see it.(I am very open with my friends)Because some of them want to get one but they want to see one before hand and not just on the internet. So is it attractive or not guys?

One of my close friends just recently passed away from Osteosarcoma. She was only 15. My Father passed away from the same disease two years ago, and I'm looking towards getting a tattoo in memory of them. I know that I'm getting it on my left side, from my hip to where my back is. I want something small and something I can cover, maybe including their birth and death dates, along with a swallow or something? I'm not sure, any ideas or drawings would be great.

The bottom ball has been rubbing the back side of the gums of my front bottom teeth and now I have to have skin grafting! I didn't even realize this was happening until it was too late. I got a smaller ball and hoping that will keep it from getting worse but I'm considering taking it out completely.

on a new tattoo because I work and cannot wash my leg 3 times a day so I was wondering if sanitizer is ok? can the rubbing alcohol in it cause any damage?

My boyfriend and I got our first tattos on Friday, and they are starting to peel, which I guess is normal. But, we were told not to pick at the scabs and try to avoid screwing with the peeling skin. It's unavoidable, but my boyfriend is peeling a lot (he got QUITE the masterpiece on his shoulder blade, lol) and I was wondering if it's okay that when I rub the lotion in, that I'm taking off some peeling skin. Thanks. :)
