Your best bet to see other people's tatts is to look thru a tattoo magazine...they have artists from all over the world in them. Tattoo is a very good place to start, been in it myself a few times.

If you have an idea of what you want tattooed on you, have an artist draw you up something custom and just what you are looking for.
For ideas and inspiration, bmezine.com and ratemyink.com are good sites and Google image search can be helpful. Good luck.

go to google and type in stock photos. they will give you some websites that you can browse through.
