I wouldn't say one is better than the other, but I do like septum piercings a lot more than labret piercings.
If you can't decide, get both!

My personal opinion is that Labret piercings are very hot

i had my labret done. sometimes it looks cute on people and sometimes it looks gross so be careful because you get a scar. septums are cute if they are a small gauge like a 16. but my personal fav is a monroe. but keep it close to your mouth some people put it to far out on the cheek! goodluck deciding.

I think they both look awesome. Something to consider though, is that with septum piercings you can get a retainer and wear it flipped up if you don't want it to show.

I like the septum piercing better. I think labret's look trashy.

Septum, you can get some really nice jewelery and it would be less of an inconvenience too.
