My son found this kitten on the side of the road after getting off the school bus. He seems to be about 6 weeks old but is skin and bones. He was eating a little bit of soft cat food but that slacked off overnight. I gave him a bath and combed a handful of fleas off of him. Today I had to start him on KMR with an eyedropper. He was so lethargic. After some KMR, he perked up a bit. He tries to get to his box but the stool is all liquid. I figured he needed to be dewormed but with his weight so low and him already having a runny stool, I was concerned that this would not be a good course for him. But tonight, he meowed from the crate so I picked him up and had him next to me in a shirt. He then threw up and I saw a couple of small batches of roundworms.
Do I dare give him a little bit of dewormer? We just moved up here and into a very rural area and we don't have a vet yet.
Suggestions?
No there is no emergency clinic either.

been w/my bf for 3 years (he's 29 never married, i'm 28 w/3 girls part-time). we don't live together but i spend most of my time at his house (we don't have sleepovers when i have the kids so we don't confuse them-not till we are engaged).

we've had our issues due to me having PMDD. i see a counselor and takes meds for it. he almost cheated on me 6 months into the relationship (went out to dinner w/another girl but called her to tell her no more talking when i found out and left him). 2 months ago after an bitter fight-he called a girl co-worker just for someone to talk to-they talked for 2 hours then never spoke again. 3 weeks later she called him while i was at his house-he answered saying his gf was there and that she was not to ever call him again-they no longer speak.

just this past weekend we went camping w/his family. when we returned home-i did all the laundry,dishes,and made dinner. we left for work after that.

a friend of mine told me today that she passed by a cemetary and saw me standing a the foot of her parents grave. she was totally freaked out and said she looked away and looked back and i was still there. she went to my job and made sure i was there. the person seemed to be like a spirit not a real person but i am real. it spooked me too!!!!!

My little boy is 4.

I have 4 kids and over the years they have all suffered the odd head cold or winter flu, or cough. But this one we have never seen before. My little one has really stinky, squirty pooh yesterday and today - he suddenly says- more poo is coming - but we don't get to the toilet in time - he says his tummy hurts and he has a slight fever.

Could he have eaten something bad? No-one else is sick - or did he not wash his hands properly? We are very strict with hand washing and even have a "pump" bottle of antiseptic hand wash gel at the kitchen bench. He is so miserable.

I have been using a digital camera (point and shoot) Casio S600. Trying to take model pictures but it doesn't turn out very professional (indoors) . she acted like it was not a disease, she said what it was but I have forgotten. I am trying to find out more about it. All I remember is that she said that her GYN said the effects usually comepletly clear within about 5 years. She said the effects dissapated for a while and she was excited but then they came back even after the GYN said it looked to be gone from her system. She also said she somewhat blamed it on her past partner. Any help on what her condition could have been. It wasn't the commonly mentioned Herpes, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Gonorrhea.

Ok so I go to the store today to get food and some odds and in's for my daughter's Bday next month. So I give the cashier my bank card and she said it decline ok so I left everything there ( Forgot my cell ) so I go home and look on line at my bank statement the $100.00 I had in there gone to Kay Jewals but where ever it was costed $125.00 ok so thats a over draf fee. ok so I asked my husband if he got something from kay jewals he said no so I called him over to the computer so I called the bank to see who used it and got the last for numbers from the card that has been used. Of course it was his numbers. so then I called key jewals and asked them what it was it's a neck lace with the name Melissa on it. My father in law just started watching our son while my husband and I work. I gave him many bricks of my frozen breastmilk (about 10 6 oz) with the instructions to feed him those and I included a container of formula that was a free gift sample "In case of emergancy".
I am an avid breastmilk supporter. I frown on giving formula. Yesterday when we picked him up I asked how much milk he used he said "3 breastmilk 3 formula" I balked.
I told him that it was for an emergency. he said "oh"
This morning when I dropped him off again I said pointingly "I do not want him to have formula, I gave you that just in case I do not do my job and bring you enough breastmilk" I said "I would sooner throw it out but it was free and it is for "just in case". He looked me in the eye and said "OK"
This evening my husband picked him up and had a bottle that he brought home from his dads. I nursed my son and then a couple hours later I thought "Well let him finish off this bottle and
