Ok so I go to the store today to get food and some odds and in's for my daughter's Bday next month. So I give the cashier my bank card and she said it decline ok so I left everything there ( Forgot my cell ) so I go home and look on line at my bank statement the $100.00 I had in there gone to Kay Jewals but where ever it was costed $125.00 ok so thats a over draf fee. ok so I asked my husband if he got something from kay jewals he said no so I called him over to the computer so I called the bank to see who used it and got the last for numbers from the card that has been used. Of course it was his numbers. so then I called key jewals and asked them what it was it's a neck lace with the name Melissa on it. So I showed the lady my id and my Account info so I asked her if I could she the neck lace so the neck lace is in pices right along with his card. so I go home look at my husband with a smell and me and my daughter and I goes and takes a nap Kay jewals calls to let him know it ready

Bye bye husband. Hope Melissa will like having a cheater around. Call lawyer and charge him with adultery. Get as much money out of him as you can. Find out who Melissa is and see who her new boyfriend is, just for the record. Works better in court.

I never did see the first two questions you asked but my opinion and PROOFon this is...evolution cannot save me so... whatever evolved was through God. I read, I understand, and I think and here is my reply. The definition of Evolution is: a process of change in a particular direction; one of a series of prescribed movements (such as in a dance or military excercise); the process by which something attains its distintive characeristics; a theory that existent types of plants and animals have developed from previously existing kinds. To evolve. Keep in mind that evolution is just that it is a" theory". This is why God takes all in this reply and God made all so as far as evolution goes, the proof is in God who created it all. The proof is not if there is evolution. The proof is in God who created and that is a FACT. Evolution is a "THEORY. Do you understand it now?

That's pretty stupid to destroy a perfectly good necklace instead of just getting the money back from it. If you are that short on money, then being petty about such things is really something you can't afford. And if your name is really Melinda, as your screen name suggest, then the jewelers could have gotten the name wrong when doing the necklace. Did you even consider that?

It sounds like your husband has been caught doing something dishonest. Cheating - if your name is not Melissa. If he is not willing to go to marital counseling with you to discuss his lies and his girlfriend, then you should already be seeing a divorce lawyer. Get this process moving, starting with demanding an explanation from him. Maybe he has one.

Put him out, file for a divorce and file for child support, spousal support and everything he owns. It is bad enough that he is having an affair (I would have left him for that alone), but when he starts buying jewelry with your child's birthday party money, he is about as low as a man can get.
