I had only been seeing a guy for about a month when a condom broke and I ended up pregnant. At 6 weeks (about 2 weeks after I found out), he walked out on me, and then he and his mother started calling and e-mailing me, telling me that if I didn't have an abortion, they would take the baby from me, I'd better have an abortion because of this or that, etc etc. I argued with them, ignored them, and told them I would not have an abortion. My son is now 17 months old, and his real father has never met him, and doesn't ever call to ask about him. It's a hard thing to go through, and it's far too stressful. If someone is trying to pressure you to abort, and you don't want to, try talking to a lawyer. I did, I found out what steps I could take, and I knew what I could do (even though I never ended up needing to do any of it).
Good luck to you.

Well I was 17 the first time I got pregnant and my mom made me have an abortion. It is the worst experience and one that I will never forget. Almost 7 years later, I still cry about it and have dreams about what my baby would've looked like. I did end up getting pregnant again a year later and I have a beautiful 4 1/2 yr old son. I could never have an abortion by choice. Anyone who is feeling pressured by that should really think hard before they do it because its something you cant take back and you have to live with that memory forever and it isnt easy!!!

I was pressured by the father of my baby to have an abortion. 2 months ago I ended up having an abortion, I was almost 6 weeks. (Although regret is not a strong enough word). I regret it and think about what I did every day.

A few people suggested to me that I should abort my baby cause I was only 17 and they thought that I was too young and bla bla bla!!!
I told them to go to hell and that I was keeping my baby and I am so glad that I did cause now I am having trouble at 26 trying to have another.
My son is 8 years old now and I am so proud of him it is really hard work though specially when you go it alone but also very very rewarding I wouldn't change anything for the world!!!
If you want to keep your baby then keep it to hell with what others think it has to be your decision it is your body and your life

A LOT of people tried to coerce me to keep the pregnancy. I'm very glad I stood my ground. I knew what the right choice was for me.
Peace,
Jenn

Yes, I was my first pregnancy (which ended in a miscarriage). It is a horrible experience and caused so much stress. If this is happening to you, stay far away from whomever is making you feel this way!

Mine was unplanned and in the beginning I was definitely pressured. I knew I couldn't do it because I would regret it for the rest of my life.
