a friend of mine told me today that she passed by a cemetary and saw me standing a the foot of her parents grave. she was totally freaked out and said she looked away and looked back and i was still there. she went to my job and made sure i was there. the person seemed to be like a spirit not a real person but i am real. it spooked me too!!!!!

she shold stay with you more... its a message to be with that person.. have you in anyway have been in her parents life.. your family or anything.. it has 2 meanings....
1. she needs you to keep her safe
2.you have something to do with the parents death or mayb have some thing her parents want to tell you...
not to be ofencive... it could happned...... just a tip.... dont be mad.. please....

So, let me get this straight. Her parents are dead and in the cemetery she passed by? And she saw the girls face and it was you? Or did she only see the girl's back? If she only saw the girl's back - I'd say she just happen to see a girl who looked like you visiting a grave, near her parents'. If she did see her face and it was you - it sounds like she had a premonition. I'd tell you to be careful the next few days, but if you've seen Final Destination, then you know its pointless. Death will find you any way it has to. It could also be a premonition of something else - not necessarily something bad happening to you. Or your friend might just be on drugs. lol. Anyway, I would encourage both of you to keep your minds open for the next weeks. If you keep your minds open, you may find yourself seeing more signs from the universe and might make more sense of her vision.

There are other reports of this type of occurrence.
I remember as a child visiting a house where the husband used to go away frequently. His wife and family, on several occasions had heard the piano being played and witnessed his presence at the keyboard, when he was actually miles away.
As far as I know they all lived long lives.
It is one of those odd phenomenons, but I don't think it is an omen as such.
You just witnessed something rather special.
