I want to lose weight(50 pounds) this summer so that I can start my senior year of high school off right. I've been overweight all my life and I've tried countless times to get on a diet and exercise and stick with it but it nevers last more than a couple weeks. This summer Im going to very busy, I may be working two jobs, and Im going to be taking drivers education too. I won't have much time for dieting and exercise but what else can I do to get this weight off and keep it off?

Ok when I shave my inner thighs....I don't know if it's because the skin isn't as 'thick' as on the rest of the leg or if it's flabby...but I just get the worst irritation there....knots where hairs have become ingrown. I might can pick the hair out with a pair of tweezers...but it doesn't make the knot go away or anything. What can I do so that this irritation goes away? It's a sight embarassing when I'm wearing shorts or a bathing suit.

Once a month a client buys our office bagels. He always sends plain cream cheese & salmon flavored cream cheese along with them. We appreciate the kindness, but none of us likes salmon cream cheese.

Should we continue to let these tubs of cream cheese stock up in our fridge until the expiration date and throw them out when expired? (Be food wasters?) or

Should we let the client know?

Does anyone know actions script for flash or a site with practical examples?

Particulary how to make a “numeric loading bar” showing the loaded percentage, and in a displayed menu button, the script to go to a different scene (nextScene is no use).
I used:
On (press)
_root.gotoAndPLay (30)

To go to the fram 30 in the same scene, but if I want to go to another scene I used:

On (press)
gotoAndPlay (“scene 3”, 1)

and nothing happens. Can someone help me out please?

It is painful while locked. I can unlock it by straightening my leg but it is extremely painful while doing so. That has happened four times during the past two weeks. I have been taking 8-hour tylenol before going to bed but don't know whether I should be doing that.

I usually go to sleep on my right side but sometimes during the night I turn over and when I do that my right knee locks up.
