You cannot lose that much weight in a week. Even if it were possible, it would be very, very unhealthy. I think you're going to have to live with your current weight and start a weightloss program when you get home again. Please find one that is healthy and realistic and includes good, nourishing food and exercise.

Thats the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard. Normal weight loss is 1-2 pounds a WEEK. You should have started sooner. The most your going to lose is 10 pounds and thats if you starve yourself and exercise like crazy and it will most likely come back plus some.

My family and I did this diet and all of us had GREAT results!!
A word of caution: any diet which causes a weight loss of more than two pounds a week can be unhealthy and could cause other health problems...
Ok, it's easy: Eat Fruits and vegetables only! Drink only water...You can't have potatoes, corn, bananas, or anything starchy. Focus on watermelon and canteloupe for fruits...
For protein, you can eat a helping of beans or a handful of nuts (almonds or walnuts are preferred). NO MORE per DAY! I did this for three weeks and lost 27 pounds all together. My dad did it for three weeks and lost 37 pounds. The first week I lost 13 pounds.....good luck!

Sorry, you may lose water weight....however 13-15 in one week is impossible. Maybe in 2-3 weeks.

If you were to lose that weigh tin one week, it would be very detrimental t your health.
when we lose weight, the toxins, that were previously stored in the fat are released into our blood stream. If you lose weight too quickly, those toxins will go into your blood faster than your body can tolerate....VERY DANGEROUS...
and if your friends say you need to lose weight (ia ssume that what your worried about seeing your going on school camp), adn they judge you on your weight, not your personality, THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF YOU

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
