for my 16 birthday im takin a limo bus around town and i already have acouple ideas, i may have about 15 or 20 people.

These are mine:
1- Husband: When I get mad at you, you never fight back. How do you control your anger?
Wife: I clean the toilet bowl.
Husband: How does that help?
Wife: I use your toothbrush.

2- A young blonde woman decides to try horseback riding, even though she has had no lessons or prior experience. She mounts the horse, unassisted, and the horse immediately springs into action. As it gallops along at a steady and rhythmic pace, the blonde begins to slip from the saddle.

In terror, she grabs for the horse's mane, but cannot get a firm grip. She tries to throw her arms around the horse's neck, but she slides down the side of the horse anyway! The horse gallops along, seemingly oblivious to its slipping rider. Finally, losing her frail grip, the blonde attempts to leap away from the horse and throw herself to safety.

Unfortunately, her foot becomes entangled in the stirrup, and she is now at the mercy of the horse's pounding hooves as her head strikes the ground over and over and over. She is mere moments away from unconsciousness.
To her great fortune, Frank, the Wal-Mart greeter, sees her and unplugs the horse

and would like some advice on where to stay and what to do and see while I am there. Is there any night-life? Besides aquatic activities are there any other fun things to do like bicycling or hiking? Is it fairly easy to get around without having to rent a car? How is the food and the shopping? Ok, I think I've asked enough. The most comprehensive and detailed response gets my nod for best answer. Thanks!

I have been living in New Zealand for a few years now and I am impressed by the scenery and the earnest working mentality of the people, which lends itself to doing some pretty fabulous work. I also feel the Kiwis are an amazing bunch when it comes to giving real help where it actually counts.

Having lived in places with real esteem before though (New York, Phoenix, Vancouver, Stockholm, London) I miss an element of poise and pride here - and lived reason. People play with their- and other people's lives the way the drive here, and I feel I'm not safe because of it.

Would Australia provide me with a more settled and responsible environment?

I've come to New Zealand from the UK, and frankly, I am horrified by the driving here. People are screeching around corners they know nothing about at speeds that will surely kill them and anything they encounter there, should there be anything, and they just fly down the residential streets at speeds I'd be scared to do on divided motorways (and I lived in Germany for 13 years and know what it's like to travel at 200km/h).
I'm planning to visit Sydney in two weeks.
Do I need to bring tranquilizers and blindfolding gear and take a cab, or do you reckon I'll be OK with a rental car?

I am a full time student, i also have a full time job as a software developer, and i also have several side projects that i spend an average of 25 hours a week on - so you can imagine how pale my skin is.

I need to get away for a week! Can anyone suggest somewhere i can go (by myself, because i have no friends), and meet some people, have fun, etc.

I'm not too picky, just a place to put the rucksack down, preferably with a safe in a safe enough district. There's two of us travelling, so a hostel with private rooms available would be fine, anyone reccomend a hotel you stayed in that you enjoyed for less than 60 euro? ok how about 70? cheers!

Do I need to bring my proof of ownership with me?

i am traveling in august to the states and i always have this horrible fear that i am gonna get searched at the border. i don't carry anything on me for them to find, but if they don't find anything do they still let you through, or do they make you go through that whole ordeal for nothing then deny you entry?

My boyfriend and I are taking a trip to San Antonio in a couple of weeks and I was wondering what do you guys think we should pack. We're New Yorkers and we don't want to stand out too much. Are shorts ok? Are jeans in the summer weird? Dark colors bad? Haha, I don't mean to sound high-maintenance, I just can't wait to start packing for this trip!

Also, is it super humid there or just OK? Thanks!

This is my first time to Vegas; I am going with my husband and we are meeting 3 other couples there from all over the US. We are all 20s/30s, married with kids (but no kids on the trip). Not uptight nerds, but not floozy teenagers either. ;)

We reserved rooms at Monte Carlo but don't really have plans otherwise. We have Thurs-Sat nights in August... What should we definitely abbbsolutely see/do while there? I would hate to come home and go "Aw CRAP! I can't believe I missed ______ while we were there."

To Beetleful BC? The pine beetle has munched its way through most of the pine trees in BC, and is now working on the spuce trees. Forests of standing dead pine, dried out, just waiting for a fire that is going to be impossible to control.

Its also headed into Alberta and it wont be long before all of NA is devestated and all the forests gone, if it isnt stopped.

In your opinion is this going to have the huge impact on tourism that I think it is? Never mind destroying the forest industry and the economy, the water sheds, fish habitat, causing more flooding and slides etc.

How many people are attracted to visiting Canada because of the forests and mountains and beautiful scenery? If that is all gone would you feel there is no reason to visit Canada?
