About how long does it take to get the vancouver island from the seattle ferry?

Also once you arrive, is there like a transit or an easy way to get to victoria, other then driving a car.

I've never been there so sorry if there stupid questions.

thank you.

I took a catamaran ferry form Seattle to Victoria years ago. It was several hours, and took you right to the harbor of Victoria.

In-city, Victoria has a decent bus system; I don't know about the rest of the island... but it's beautiful, and worth the trip.

I haven't taken the ferry from Seattle-- I took it from Port Angeles, (the Coho). That took about an hour and a half because the boat was pretty slow.. Your ferry should arrive right in Victoria though, you should be able to walk or cab to wherever you need to go there.
