Hi everyone,
I have got my 16 months old daughter's immigration(on the passport) from Buffalo office. My daughter is in Canada with us as a visitor now. I was told by the CIC representative that she needs to go outside and then come back to Canada for completing her immigration process (i.e. she needs to land to canada).
I am planning to get her landing process done by crossing the southern border and then come back to Canada. My question is If I go to the Niagara falls border then do I need to go through the USA
immigration then come back to Canadian immigration. If Yes then is there any way I skip the USA immigration and direct go to the Canadian immigration at the border. The problem for going to the USA immigration is that we (my wife and I both) do not have a valid
visa to the USA. Also we both are just the permanent resident of Canada not citizens yet.
Any suggestion would be highly appreciated for avoiding USA immigration.
Thanks and Regards

I will be traveling by air from New Jersey to Florida in the summer of '07. I understand that there are new rules regarding U.S. Passports for travel between Mexico, Canada, etc. but does this mean that I need to renew my passport when traveling between states also??? I've searched the gov't websites regarding this change and as usual they were so vague I had no idea what they were saying. Someone please enlighten me! :)

I litterally want to leave from the hospital to the airport. Is that safe for the baby? The flight will only be about 30 min (orange county to sacramento).

Or should we drive? That will take about 8 hours, but at least the air pressure won't change; which is why I was told not to fly (by my grandmother).

I'm moving to the Southern California area very shortly and i regularly participate in Craft Shows, Craft Festivals, Art Fairs, Street Fairs, etc. I was wondering are there alot of the events I listed above in the southern calif. area? Are they all year round since the weather is so nice? Is there a varitey from Big street fairs to like High Schools who hold craft shows? Is that a big thing in L.A.?
