Caldwell county jail is in Kingston,Mo. Behind the old courthouse.

There is no Caldwell Correctional Center in Missouri. Anything 66 miles from KCI wouldn't be in Kansas City, anyway. Caldwell County, Missouri is about that far from KCI and their sheriff's department probably has a county jail. Is that what you mean?
