I am working in Dubai as a civil engineer for 3 years and my hubby is working here as a Mechanical Engineer for 9 years.We together earn about $4800.00/month.But the rent in Dubai is too high and there is no security in this country.Neither job wise,nor legal wise.But it seems its boom time for us in Dubai,being from construction line.Please advice whehter moving to Australia will be a good idea?Any body who has moved to Australia with similiar background?Is it going to be ok?

has anyone been attacked by kangaroos at coffs harbour zoo? and where would you make a complaint?

i went to coffs harbour zoo today 15.10.06 with my 2 year old daughter and her father for the first time and nearly got attacked by kangaroos. thay took our belongings and had to wait 15-30 minutes to get help.

What is the simpliest and cheapest way to get from Nottingham to Dublin & Glasgow?

In upcoming spring, I might visit my friend who will be studying abroad in Nottingham U. My 21st birthday is St. Patrick's Day so I definately wanted to hit up Dublin for that. Glasgow is in the question just because I always wanted to go there and visit the surround areas. However, there is two problems, 1) My school break is only 8 days and 2) I am a poor university student. hehe.

Why did Cricket decline in popularity in England?

England was where the Game was born. For a long time in history, Cricket was heralded as the symbol of the Empire, and English identity. The country was also associated with many legendary episodes, e.g. the Bodyline Series, an event in early 1930's, which brought Australia in a diplomatic stand-off with Great Britain, and fostered its national identity in the aftermath. It was a common ritual for cricketers to be knighted. Granted, Cricket as a game was initially, the preserve of the elite, but its popularity was unquestionable even among the masses. Well until the early 1980's, the country would be brought to a standstill whenever England played Test at home.

Isn't it interesting to ask what actually happened? While Australia still retains its love for Cricket, the game has died a slow, natural death in the original place. Today, England's team is second-rate to say the least, and its domestic circuit, once a magnet for Test cricketers, has dwindled to the level of schoolboys.

When is the best time for cool temps in New Orleans?

My husband and I are going to be travelling in March/April, and looking for the best time for cool mornings and not-so-hot afternoons.
