I am a university student traveling on a budget. I'd like to go to as many places as possible in Europe (I'm living in London right now).
The first option for me is to travel with a tour company in Christmas break to Eastern Europe which will cost me £800, and I get nice accomodations. Then I'll go to Western Europe by train by myself in spring break. (That's because I feel safer going to W.Europe than E. Europe by myself)
The 2nd option is to travel by myself for both Eastern and Western Europe. However I'm a girl and I've heard bad stories about girls shouldnt go to some countries alone.
And then the 3rd option is to travel by myself in spring break and go on a tour in summer. The tour will cost £400 which is very cheap, but it's gonna be camping instead of hoteling for the accomodation. Right now this is my favorite option but I just want to know how camping in Europe generally is and if there will be bugs and stuff like that in June-July.

You guys have got me thinking about South Africa more than I have in years.
You also know what I think of your present so-called government.

Realistically speaking - without the usual cheerfulness in spite of the dark reality - what happens to South Africa in the next 10 years or so?
I know the usual suspects will insist that the country is being run by misunderstood saints, but really, all B.S. aside, what happens to the land of gold and diamonds in the coming decade?

I would very much appreciate if someone out there could help me in any way to learn to speak spanish. I am planning to visit Mexico in the near future and i would at least like to understand and maybe speak to them in their own languages. i also will want to know more about their history, culture, food etc.. is there any one out there who could help me please i really need your help guys

It needs to be clean,decent sized rooms and either in Manhattan or located in an area from which Manhattan can be accessed easily. I'm asking because some of the quotes i've received are very high and I was wondering if there are any chepaer alternatives.

alright ive asked questions along this line before and im back.

i'm born and raised in nashville, TN and im ready to get out and finish up school out west. ive basically decided san diego is the way to go for me but then again i dont think id mind finishing up near phoenix, like asu or something. my question is this. whats your advice (people who know both areas well)...im 21, not a heavy partier (like sdsu and asu have repuatations for), i like to be in the urban areas as opposed to the rural world and most importantly, im addicted to great weather (sun, few clouds, 60s and up, minimal rain). now, everytime i fall in love with san diego weather, i realize its during the summer. not the school year. maybe the daily weather in phoenix is nicer than SD from aug-may? i dont know...ive never really been out there during the school year....

PS: im aware san diego is more pricey as far as living goes, so dont include that in your reasonings, im just curious about the others. thanks.
