Why on earth won't the Red Sox spread out Ortiz and Ramirez. No one else is producing. There are runners left on base too many times because there is no one else. (Youklis is an exception)

Torre was given a choice of 5 mil for the year which was 2.5 mil less than what he's paid. If the yanks got to national champs, he'd get 1 mil more. If they won the World series, he could get a new contract. He turned it down!!! Is his love for baseball really there?! what a jerk.

It's pathological. If he is really the terrible, detrimental player that you people make him out to be then why is it that Yankee fans hate him so? You should enjoy him, if he's such a cancerous influence on the Red Sox. It ought to crack you right up. If the Yankees had a player undermining them the way that you act like Manny undermines the Sox that player would be my favorite Yankee. I'd laugh my *** off over him. But you Yankee fans just seethe over Manny Ramirez. Are you really that bitter over being eliminated in the first round?

First of all... Are you rooting for Indians or Red Sox?
Secondly... Was it a homerun or not?
And thirdly... Why the hell didn't he run? He's a great player, one of my favorites. But walking out of the box after every time he THINKS he's hit a homer is ridiculous... and in this case... watching the ball bounce off the wall and just standing at first is just stupid. What are your opinions?

Hey, don't you guys think that, no matter what happens tonight, the season will still be at least partly redeemed by the way the Yankees' season has spiraled into outright disgrace.

It's a tough road back for the Sox now, but they'll give it their best, and at least we aren't Yankees fans who get all spiteful and bitter when their team loses.

Does he want to start repeating history and put the Boston Red Sox fans thru another 84 years of misery (2 years already done so 86 techinically)

I know his actions so far in the playoffs have shown otherwise but...

What if he has that "who cares" attittude at the top of the 9th inning today with runners on and his team trailing

What if he has that "who cares" attitude if he's the winning run or game tying run and he's on 2nd base and 2 outs late in the game?

What if he's in left field today and the game is tied in the bottom of the 8th and a short fly ball was hit his way but he wasn't focusing on the game and lost track of the ball or let the ball fall

Do you think he had that "who cares" attitude last year when the red sox missed the playoffs (With Ramirez missing a boatload of games).
