Does anyone know where I can find a workout plan to get in boxing shape or does anyone know a workout plan themself?

A typical boxing workout consists of 9 parts, namely: 1) Stretching; 2) Shadowboxing; 3) Mitts; 4) Heavy Bag; 5) Speed Bag; 6) Double-End Bag; 7) Jump Rope; 8) Abs; and (for intermediate practitioners) 9) Sparring.

Each part is done at 3-minute intervals to simulate 3-minute rounds in a boxing match, and the number of rounds per part or exercise depends on one's level of fitness or physical condition.
