I'm taking a "karate" class locally, and I would like to look up the forms/katas online for extra practice at home. The only problem is that it's hard to spell these foreign words, and I'm really not sure of the style of karate that we're considered to be. All I know is that the instructors call the first three forms Form 1, Form 2, Form 3. He calls the next six "pennums" or "penins"? Not really sure. The name he uses for the brown belt kata soulds like Saha (pronounced say-hah). The progression of the belts used to be white, blue, red, green, brown, and black, but is now white, yellow, blue, red, green, brown, and black. Hopefully this information helps someone identify the style and more helpfully, a website with videos for the forms for this style of the martial arts.

It's just that historically everytime the Pats play at Dolphin Stadium, it's a close game or Pats get beat. Didnt the Dolphins beat them 20-0 last year?

But then again it seems like the Dolphins already threw in the towel for the season, with them trading their #1 WR (Chris Chambers) away to the Chargers for a 2nd rd draft pick.

Who cares about the money it's how the Yankees handled the wholeJoe Torre situation. What don't you people understand? Don't you think that the Yankees should have handled the whole Joe Torre situation better then they did? They said that they would fire him if he lost to Cleveland then instead of firing him outright they string him along andd then lowball him to top it off. (this is just a fantasy thing, but can you just imagine though) can you possibly imagine what a healthy line of crosby, ovechkin, and lecavalier would put up in a 82 game schedule?....the goals, the highlight's the assist's, the passes(I often think about things like these, but what would a line like this "realistically" put up without exaggerating?)

The 'Boss' was being generous and offered him a 5 million dollar contract that would STILL make him the highest paid manager in baseball. AND HE DECLINES IT! Most people dont even make 5 million in a LIFE TIME and he could have made it in 162 days.

forgive me if i'm wrong but i spent the last half hour on the web checking out man u, arsenal and chelsea,s history and its nowhere compared to liverpool, hell man u have 2 european cups add that to arsenal and chelsea its still not close, arsenal,s titles with chelsea's , still behind, all of chelsea's trophies together still dont make 18, times liverpool have won the championship.man u will say we havent won the premiership, did they win the canon league or barclays league???

for so so long i keep telling people that Brady is better than manning..lets see 3 rings to one..manning had these all star recievers and still couldnt get the job done till recently while Brady had these below average and average recievers and still won 3 superbowls....Brady seem to pick on top defenses why manning chokes and loses...and dont say that there defense was great and got them to 3 superbowls while the colts had no D...its just that Brady can adapt to any weather any stadium any team at any time while manning had tuff times in throwing in wind sleet hail and snow that what made the Pats D looks so good few Championships ago..im not trying to put manning down but hes just a little overated when it comes to the best QB of today
