In the interest of fair play and righteousness, another great call, 5 retards standing there and none of them could see that Manny's ball was a home run? Whats with these guys? And no I am not a Red Sox fan? Just a Manny fan.

The announcers, who are obvious Sox fans, admitted upon further review...it was NOT a home run.

Who is JUST a Manny Ramirez fan anyway? I hope he's been jucing all this time and his name is one of the names to be revealed by the investigation and all of his fans and Red Sox Nation will cry about it forever!

But lay off the umps. They're only human. I'm sure Manny has got the benefit of the doubt calls more than he's been robbed. How many borderline two strike calls have been called balls during Manny's career? I've always said in the long run it all evens out so there's no sense in crying about one blown call.

that was the closest home run iv ever seen. even though the umps are human and maybe a little blind, the ball hit off the top of the yellow strip. according to my brother that is a home run but he wasnt sure. it should at least be a ground rule double though. all the umpires saw it bounce upwards. when the ball hits off the vertical part of the wall it obviously doesnt bounce up!

Well for umpires, its really hard to get the PERFECT angle to cover a play and call it fairly. I can see why that play was questioned, because no one had a great angle to see it.

Yes, I know there are two umpires in left and right and YES I know the ball was hit to Right field, but It's really hard to get a perfect examination of where the ball hit. Its a tough job, but yes I to get mad and pissed at some of their assumptions and decisions.

Hell yeah, finally a Manny fan. I completely agree. The jackass announcer was like "You'll see that it carroms upwards, clearly not a home run." Cause he knows the exact amount of spin and the exact trajectory of the ball, right? I could call a better game. Umpire wise and commentary wise.

the umpires a re a part of baseball, except it and move on. you'll get some calls in favor of your team and others that hurt you.
