I don't believe it gets much lower than this. It was unheard of in my day, when I look back, for a woman to sell her child, let alone 7 years old, to men. http://www.cnn.com/2007/LAW/04/01/sex.sting.ap/index.html These ungodly, perverted, crazed acts seem to be ever so common in society today. No one who truly knows the God of heaven and earth can stand by and not be sickened by this evil and perverse generation.
When women/men are encouraged to sexually pervert themselves; these things are inevitable.
Perversion is in opposition to virtue; and true vitue is of God.
When will our people learn?

Why are most non believers offended when a Christian tells them that they are going to Hell? I mean, Hell is a punishment set forth by a God you dont believe in, so the punishment must be fictonal as well. So why get offended? Why not just laugh it off? Ive heard the analogy used...Its like a Dr telling you you have a terminal illness...wouldnt from your perspective, it be like a witch doctor telling you you have a terminal illness...completly lacking crediability? Or, does it go deeper than that? Are you perhaps not so sure about your decison to deny God? Im not trying to offend anyone, Im just trying to understand why the agnst?

There are many Muslim countries that lawfully punish people who leave Islam by death or lengthy jail terms (e.g., Pakistan, Egypt, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabiya...etc.).

(1) Is there a reason fro KILLING or JAILING someone for his own belief?

(2) Is there similar punishment for that in Christianity or Jaudism (I am asking about NOW)?

"For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth;
And the former shall not be remembered or come to mind."
(Isaiah 65:17)

Also Isaiah 66:22--" For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith Jehovah, so shall your seed and your name remain."

And 2 Peter 3:13--"Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells."

And Revelation 21:1--"Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea."

Ok, what is considered modest dressing, according to the bible? I just look at my wardrobe sometimes and wonder what is considered modest and what is not. I have a few skirts, halters/tanks for the warm weather, and I like to go out to clubs but I try to keep it simple and not too clubby. So,
what's considered modest in warm weather (tops and skirts and swim suits). And how can I still dress fashionable yet modest?? If you are a christian you are not supposed to dress all overboard, cuz you are representing HIM. Help?? suggestions??

While thousands saw Jesus and heard his voice, Jesus himself said that this could not be done with God when he said: "No man hath seen God at any time." (John 1:18). "Ye have neither heard His voice at any time nor seen His shape." (John 5:37) He also said in John 4:24: "God is a spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth." That Jesus would say that no one had seen or heard God at any time, while his followers both saw and heard him, is clear proof that Jesus was not God.

God is the ultimate judge and refuge for all, and He does not call upon nor pray to any others. But Jesus acknowledged that there was One whom he worshipped and to Whom he prayed when he said, "I ascend unto my Father and your Father, and to my God and your God." (John 20:17). He is also reported to have cried out while on the cross, "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" (Matt. 27:46). If Jesus were God, then couldn't this be read, "Myself, myself, why hast thou forsaken me?". Would that not be pure nonsense? When Jesus prayed the Lord's Prayer (Luke 11:2-4), was he praying to himself? When in the garden of Gethsemane he prayed, "O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless, not as I will but as thou wilt." (Matt. 26:36). Was Jesus praying to himself? That Jesus, of his own admission and by his own actions, acknowledged, worshipped, and prayed to another being as God is clear proof that Jesus himself is not God.

According to the Bible, God is an invisible spirit....

While Jesus performed many miracles, he himself admitted that the power he had was not his own but was derived from God when he said, "Verily, verily I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do..." (John 5:19). Again he said, "I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear I judge: and my judgement is just; because I seek not mine own will but the will of the Father which has sent me." (John 5:30) But God is not only All-Powerful, He is also the source of all power and authority. That Jesus, of his own admission, could do nothing on his own is clear proof that Jesus is not all-powerful, and that therefore Jesus is not God.

Of night inside endless stars, she watches down.
I find her far atop soaring angels, though she finds ways to see me eye to eye.
God tell me please how it can be, that I have her hand. Because god I am in hell, and my love rests beyond Heaven.
I pray, that when my last day has gone out, my love will sink to my lowest place of stand and hold my somehow.
And I vow to the moon and stars that our lips shall never part. Our embrace of an unspoken poetic taste will stay breathing an age after death grips the heart.

.... and love has conquered all.

Is it not astounding that when I suggest that instead of killing the baby we kill the mom, dad, rapist etc. Everyone claims it is murder, but when I say is it okay to kill the baby, people are like yeah, its our choice u know nothing of the people's situation. Then the people begin to turn and ask what have u done to help, altogether ignoring the intial problem.

What defines murder with you people? All four are living, mom, dad, rapist and baby, so how is killing the baby different from killing the parents?

I asked this same question about Islam a few days ago. I am looking at some research right now and i will write exactly what it says. "Prior to 40 days, a miscarried fetus does not trigger birth-related purity issues, and therefore is of lesser status than a more mature fetus" I'm doing a paper on stem cell research and I need an answer to this question. Please don't be rude. If my understanding of what this quote said is wrong than just correct me and move on. But please help me answer this question. Why are women not considered pregnant until after 40 days in Judaism?

The sun is rising in the Pacific Northwest in a sky that is a sunny light blue, mottled with small white clouds. It is coming in the window through the branches of a Maple tree that is dappled with drops from last night rain. The branches hold the remnants of last years twisty seeds, faded brown and clinging. The tips of the branches are budding purple, rich with expectation.

that Muslims are descendents of Ishmael (Sarah's handmaiden)
