As a Muslim who apostated and returned, I am glad to say that my only punishment was my own lack of judgment and my own shame.
As-salaamu 'alaykum - Peace be upon you

I saw an article in the paper about a man who wished to change his Islamic religious views to those of christian and the police had to protect him because the population was literally going to kill him. Even his own family members wanted him dead. This is one hell of a religious fanaticism when you cant even speak your own mind without threat of death.

Muslims hate Jews and anybody who helps Jews the muslims hate. America helps the Jews and if any muslim for any reason converts to another religion they will kill the used-2-b muslim.

While that does happen in some Muslim countries, the majority of Muslims do not believe this is right.
As most of the countries you listed can not be considered democratic, I wouldn't hold it against Muslims in general.
Some subcultures who are Christian do similar things, like the Amish. They completely push out those who do not live the way they do...and some evangelical groups are the same.
As far as Judaism, it's a far more cultural punishment if you convert from Judaism, such as not being allowed to participate in community events, etc.

You are stoned to death if you leave Islam, are captured.
No question about it - a good ole fashion stoning!
Islam, the religion of peace, right?
Not hardly

If killing them is considered punishment (and I would so consider it), then yes. It cannot be justified under any theory of morality -- nor even under the Qur'an.

1. I don't think there is.
2. For Christianity the answer is no. We just pray for them to come back to Christ, we don't try to kill them.
